Floriade is a floral exhibition in the nation’s capital, Canberra. With more than a million blooms planted across Commonwealth Park this is more than just a flower show for the whole family to enjoy.
Learning about different cultures is one of the main reasons many of us travel. When we completely immerse ourselves in a culture that is new to us, it opens the doors to a life that we never really imagined.
The Dole Plantation was one of the first places I visited in Oahu, Hawaii. Who knew that a pineapple plantation would be so popular and so interesting? I was completely swept away with the history and the information that was held by this plantation.
Did you know that Waikiki in Hawaii is home to the world’s largest passenger submarine? Who knew that this island paradise had the capability to take 64 people under the waves?!
